The Produce Grower of the Year Award recognises Sydney Markets Fruit and Vegetable Growers who demonstrate a high degree of competence across a range of criteria including Product Quality, Consistency, Presentation, Customer Service and how the business operates within the Sydney Growers Market.

NOMINATE A GROWER

Only fruit and/or vegetable growers with a stand at Sydney Markets can be nominated for a Fresh Awards Produce Grower of the Year Award. Nominations can be made by any grower or customer of Sydney Markets. All nominations will be judged on their merits and a shortlist of 10 finalists will undergo further judging by the Produce Grower of the Year Committee.

The winner of the Produce Grower of the Year Award will receive

  • The Title: 2021 Fresh Awards – Produce Grower of the Year
  • $1,000 cash prize thanks to our sponsor Veolia
  • A 2021 Produce Grower of the Year Awards logo
  • Kick start your day your morning with coffee or breakfast on us, with a gift voucher for $400 to spend at any Sydney Markets café of your choosing.
  • Recognition on the Fresh Awards and Sydney Markets websites and social media channels
  • A winner’s trophy
